2. Educational Purpose Only

CryptoGenerator is an educational application designed to simulate cryptocurrency mining.

  • No real cryptocurrency is mined during use.
  • The App does not function as a crypto wallet.
  • Users cannot store or transfer real cryptocurrencies via the App.

3. GEM Rewards

Users can earn non-monetary in-app rewards („GEMs”) based on:

  • The time spent using the App.
  • The type of active subscription plan.

GEMs can be exchanged for other in-app rewards through a designated link. GEMs have no real-world monetary value.

4. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • A subscription will remain active for its full purchased duration.
  • Users may switch the „educational mining currency” once every 24 hours.

5. Account Verification

If requested, users must verify their identity within 7 days by providing:

  • A valid government-issued ID, and
  • Proof of address.
    Failure to do so may result in account suspension.

6. Data Collection

We collect the minimum data necessary to provide and improve the App:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Cookies and usage logs (IP address, browser type, visited pages, time spent)
    This data helps us improve security and functionality.

7. Use of Data

We may use your information to:

  • Send updates, newsletters, or promotional materials
  • Communicate regarding account or security issues

You may opt out via the unsubscribe link in any email.
